An era has absolutley ended when North Park Peddlers fair was closed in 2008. It was a remarkable sunday morning event I would go to with family and as I grew older, drag my friends there with me. [Stopping for Dineff's donuts on the way home was the treat!] I assumed this was going to be a huge year for north park.
Well, since I have moved farther away from North Park to Monroeville, I’ve discovered Rossi’s Pop Up Market place by Wal-mart in North Versailles, PA. Oh MY GOD. This place is such a party!! Saturday AND Sunday they are open till 3:00 pm. Make sure you see the website. I can not wait to set up a few tables there myself. Make sure you grab some fresh veggies there and a hot dog & cheese fries for lunch.
I will see you at Rossi!

Did you ever spill microbeads everywhere? From a pillow or stuffed animal? These things are super charged with static and highly affectionate with their light weight. Well, my puppy has torn apart a pillow I bought second-hand [not such great quality] and managed to get microbeads all over my bed while I slept.
Here is how this problem will be solved.
- First – Spray. Spray beads with anti-cling spray, soap, lotion; anything heavy that would kill static.
- Thick tape. Wrap the tape around your hand with the sticky part outside, and pat them up, throw away.
- Hand held vacuum cleaner, preferably with disposable bag.
I’m wishing myself, and anyone that may have to experience this god-awful clean-up project, all the best of luck.
Oh yes – Shower immediately and spray yourself with (safe) anti cling spray! This stuff is worse than sand!
